Advice and Guidance
The mentor program provides six months of unlimited access to me. This may be by e-mail, phone, or in person, if mutually convenient. I help people with both strategy (value, marketing language, building a brand and fees) as well as tactically (getting a meeting, becoming a person of interest, how act to establish a peer relationship with the buyer.)
The fee is $5,000.
I start by looking at your current situation, expectations, and fundamental value propositions. Then, together we’ll establish specific mentoring goals. You may choose to concentrate on building and developing a consulting practice or small business in general. Or, you can leverage my specific expertise in strategy, governance, organizational development, and executive level succession.
For people who need or want me to be more involved, I offer a partnership program. At the outset, we will spend a half day together, in my office or at a mutually convenient location. We will create your value proposition and create a master list of the marketing activities you should undertake while identifying critical priorities.
Afterward, we will speak regularly to ensure progress. We will address the external barriers to your success and, importantly, the internal and personal challenges. At the five-month mark, or thereabouts, we will meet in person for a half day in my office or a mutually convenient location. While we are together, we will dine in high-end restaurants, on me.
The fee is $15,000.
